Service Manager

Cooltherm has an exciting role available in the West Midlands region. As a service manager, you will lead our service and maintenance engineers as well as our subcontractors. Your experience in day to day management of your depot service engineers and co-ordinating your team, as well as report on any resource gaps will ensure that our team will run effectively. This is an exciting role as it gives you autonomy, responsibility and opportunities to develop yourself by being in close contact with key stakeholders of the HVAC industry, working with top of the range products.

Location:

West Midlands Region

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of your depot service engineers

  • Co-ordinate support teams by providing high-level technical support

  • Maintain high level of delivery of service client requests

  • Communicate daily with senior stakeholders to ensure that engineer’s standards are being maintained and report all accidents and incidents.

  • Generates new service and maintenance opportunities in the midlands area.

  • Ensure all work activity is in line with company’s H&S policy

 Salary Range

Upto £48,000 + Bonus

Senior Refrigeration Engineer - Either Nuneaton or Reading

Cooltherm is looking for a range of Liquid Chiller, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers across the UK.  In these progressive and rewarding roles, you will have the knowledge to maintain, service and improve liquid chillers and air conditioning equipment in a dynamic and mobile role.  Provide solutions for repair and improvement. If you like to be involved in different high profile and specialist liquid chillers, and also have exposure to working on exciting HVAC projects, then this is the job for you!

Location:

Either Nuneaton or Reading

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work activity is in line with company’s H&S policy

  • Complete maintenance and planned service to the highest quality within the planned time frame

  • Deliver repair solutions and system improvements with all core refrigeration engineering skills

  • Maintain, service and improve liquid chillers and air conditioning equipment

  • Stop all refrigerant leakage as soon as practicable

  • Produce well-structured engineering reports with detailed operating logs from all sites and jobs

 Salary Range

£34000 – £40000

Refrigeration Engineer - Either Nuneaton or Reading

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate first call out diagnosis, carry out routine maintenance and planned repair works

  • Visit different sites and repair and restore efficiency operation to equipment

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about findings and recommended actions

  • Ensure all work activity is in line with company’s H&S policy by conducting risk assessments

  • Stop all refrigerant leakage as soon as practicable

  • Use your technical knowledge to assist junior engineers with product knowledge

  • Submit fully compliant and well organized engineer report work

     

 Salary Range

£30000 – £35000
